The impetus for our business is to provide you with unique and special pieces for your home that you will love for years to come. But, sometimes, the love affair doesn’t happen and you want to return your purchase. In those instances, we will endeavor to make the returns process as easy as possible for you.
Upon receiving your item(s), you have 10 business days to request a return by emailing email@example.com or calling 1.844.334.4848. All items must be returned un-used/un-installed, with all of their original packaging and in saleable condition.
When you contact us, we will issue you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number which must accompany your return. All returns must be received by us within 10 business days of receiving your RMA number. If your item is received after 10 business days but before 20 business days of receiving your RMA number, your return will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Returns that are received after 20 business days of receiving an RMA number or returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Return shipping is your responsibility; shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable. Upon receiving the goods and inspecting them to ensure that they are in like-new condition, we will credit your original payment method minus our original shipping costs (if applicable).
Exceptions: The following items are all final sale.
- All custom order items;
- Any previously installed hard-wired lighting fixture;
- Any used items;
- Any items marked final sale when originally purchased.
In the rare case that an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 1.844.334.4848. We will make every effort to get you a replacement item as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you. However, please note that custom order lead times may apply.
To expedite your damage claim, please contact us with your name, order number and photos of the outside and inside of the box, as well as photos articulating the damage to your item. Please keep all packaging as it may be required for the return.
If there is damage to the box that is visible at the time of delivery, please note this with the delivery person. Should the box have suffered severe damage, you may refuse the package; however, should you refuse a package due to damage, immediate notification to our returns department is required in order to assist you in replacement.
